Machining

RSI Manufacturing has standardized current Haas machining and turning centers. We value the speed, quality, and ability to run jobs in a multitude of machines. Every machining center has quick-change fixturing allowing rapid change overs, 4-axis or 5-axis rotaries, and automated hydraulic and air clamping. Our late model equipment is factory maintained for reliability and accuracy.

RSI is committed to the highest level of quality. Extensive employee training and awareness, clean and organized work areas, the latest in inspection equipment, and careful quality planning are all focused on the goal of zero defect.

RSI uses the Production Software Integrated (PSI) application suite for live, real-time visual work instructions and tracking of productivity, downtime, scrap, gage calibration, training, machine monitoring, preventive maintenance, electronic quality alerts, and more. PSI manages our manufacturing process from start to finish.

Engineering

Rapid Prototyping

Our rapid prototyping machine serves both RSI’s needs and those of our customers. Whether creating fixture nests or making prototype parts for our customers’ needs, our RP machine is a versatile tool we have come to rely on.

CAD/CAM

RSI has a team on staff that utilizes the latest SolidWorks and BobCAD-CAM software. From purchase order to production, we’re fast, accurate, and economical.

Assembly

RSI has extensive experience in value-added assembly of components to the parts we machine.  We can provide comprehensive, solutions-based services and simplify your supply chain.
